Partnerships For A Skilled Workforce (PSW) brings together businesses and public institutions to find and implement solutions to labor market problems and advocate for policy change while developing financing strategies. As a catalyst for change, PSW executes regional initiatives to ensure that job seekers are supplied with the skills to maximize their earning potential.
The Young Adult Employment Initiative (YAEI) works to empower disadvantaged and disengaged youth through education and work experiences that lead to careers with growth potential. YAEI gives young adults the tools to overcome barriers and move into self-sustaining employment in sectors of the economy where there is a need.
As part of the YAEI Initiative, the Youth Working Forward website provides information and tools to empower the youth in the Metro Southwest Region in Massachusetts, and is a service provided by Partnerships for a Skilled Workforce, Inc.
